If you're having issues with your Shiptheory account, and there are no available help documents in our FAQ section, you can contact us directly by submitting a support ticket.
Here's how:
1. In your Shiptheory dashboard, in the bottom right there is a message icon, click it.
2. A pop up box will appear. Inside this box there is a "Send us a message" section. Click this, type a message with your issue.
You can also attach a file related to the issue at hand, or take a screenshot of an error in your screen.
If everything is set, you can click on Submit and you will be connected to one of our support team.
