With the recent changes to US and EU customs requirements, some carriers require a separate API call during the booking process to submit the newy required shipment customs data.

If you are seeing this error, unfortunately, during this process something went wrong, and we were not able to submit this customs data.


Due to some carriers requiring the shipment to exist in their system before submitting the customs data, the label exists in the carriers system and is still chargeable; as such, you should delete this shipment via your courier portal to avoid being charged.
