Customer can cancel their subscripted Addons in the Billing Page. When customer cancel a addon subscription, or upgrade/downgrade subscription plan, the previous addon subscription should be removed both in Shiptheory and Stripe automatically. This is to reflect the different price of addons under different subscription plans.



Force removal of Addon


In Stripe, in the event of the addon subscription is removed manually, or something went wrong and removed by accident. You can remove addon subscription from Shiptheory by 'Force'. As in this case, an error will be displayed and prevent the customer to remove it properly:



Steps to force remove of Addon


To force remove a addon from Shiptheory, follow these steps:


- Login Shiptheory as admin, switch to the customer company

- Goto the billing page http://helm.shiptheory.com/billing

- Right click on the Cancel and choose 'Copy link address'


 

- Append ?force=1 to the end of the copied URL, like this
