To move customers from Cosmos to Enterprise:

Note: Between removing their subscription and them signing up via new link, they will be unable to book any shipments. The link also expires after some time. So it's best this is done over a phone call. 

1. Remove their current subscription in Stripe:

2. Credit their account any remaining time if applicable, you will need to work this out:

3. Generate sign up link and get them to sign up:

Go to https://helm.shiptheory.com/accounts/edit/[company ID] > Scroll down to New Subscription Checkout Link and select Price Per Label > Click Generate Link:

Give the link generated to the customer to finish the sign-up.
