If you are having a having a disconnect cycle issue such as the following:
You will want to test your network and devices connection to Printnode
For Windows Users
Open command prompt - type "ping printnode.com" then type "ping client.printnode.com"
If you get a response displaying the ping statistics from Printnode, the problem is likely located elsewhere.
If you receive a timeout message such as the following:
If you receive a timeout message, please try connecting to a different network (such as a mobile hotspot) and if this still fails, try to ping printnode.com on a different computer / device
If the issue resolves, it means the network firewall or the computer wasn't allowing a connection to Printnode.
For macOS Users
Open terminal - type "ping printnode.com" then type "ping client.printnode.com"
If you see replies from the ping request like the image below, then you are not having a connection issue with Printnode.
If you receive a timeout message such as the following:
If you are receiving responses from PrintNode in iPV6 not iPV4 such as the address below then you may want to consider installing Cloudflare Warp on the device that you are having issues with:
