You may stumble across an issue where the consignment category is not correctly filled out on a CN22 form. It will often have "Other" ticked rather than the one you pre-selected in your settings.
To resolve this, simply change document type from CN22 to CN22A.
To do this, navigate to the top right drop down menu in Shiptheory, click "Advanced", then scroll to "Import/Export Documents".
From here scroll to the bottom and in the bottom left press the small cog icon, this will open advanced settings. Then simply locate "CN22 Form Type", and change this to CN22A.
