When trying to connect a printer on Windows it may not show up within your Printers selected list. To first check what printers are currently available you will need to open the print client.


If the print client is already running you will need to click the '^' icon in the bottom right hand corner, from there you will find the print client icon which you can right click and "Open Shiptheory Client"



If this icon does not appear you can search for it within the "Type here to search" and entering "Shiptheory Print Client"


Alternatively if you are setting up the print client as this is a new machine you can download a copy of the latest version here!


If the printer does not show up on the print client you will need to search for "Control Pannel" and then select Hardware and Sound -> Devices and printers from here you will see Unspecified.




From here you will be able to "Add a Printer" and the printer will appear in the list once a printer is detected.



From the list you will need to select the printer and hit "Next" from this Windows will install the necessary drivers required for this printer. Once done you may need to log out and log back into your print client to see the printer which will now be added.
