In order to process an invoice for a feature request, you'll need to follow these steps in Stripe:
- Find the customer within Stripe. Make sure to confirm the account if there is any doubt.
- Click Create Invoice in the Actions dropdown.
3. Hit "Add one-time item" and call it something relevant (e.g. Magento 2 Feature).
4. Add a price (excluding VAT) and add the tax rate to 20%. If you aren't sure of the price, make sure to double-check with the Product Team.
5. Select "Automatically Charge Payment Method on File".
6. Click "Review Invoice" in the top right.
7. Charge.
