When sending orders internationally, you may notice that some carriers now require you to specify the recipient tax/EORI number with the order. This is something that you can specify in your API request when sending through the Shiptheory API.
To do this, you can specify this information within the "recipient" array under the field "tax_number":
When this is sent through, it will then be automatically sent to the carrier when applicable. To see some more information on this, please see our API documentation here.
