This is a list of which sales channels currently support downloading users information and which channel user is recorded for each shipment downloaded into Shiptheory.

Brightpearl
If you have selected a Goods Out Note status in your Brightpearl settings, the shipment user recorded is the last user to have performed this action:
If no status has been selected then the shipment user recorded is the last to have interacted with the Brightpearl Goods Out Note.
Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce
When using user-specific printing with Magento 2, you should make sure you're on Magento version 2.4 or above. Previous versions may be compatible too. Once you've done this, you should make sure you're using version 1.1.2 of our Magento 2 extension or above. This can be found here.
The associated user that will have the label printed to their printer will be the user that creates the shipment from the sales order in Magento 2 as below.
You can see which user was associated to the shipment in the Shiptheory History table in the User column as below.
