When using a barcode scanner with your Shopify orders, you may have an issue where the barcodes are not recognised in the system.


This will normally be due to the # at the start of Shopify orders not being recognised by the barcode scanning software you're using.


To resolve this, you'll need to make sure that the barcode scanning app is configured to a UK keyboard configuration. Once this change has been made, you should see these barcodes being recognised.
