Some users may encounter an error when trying to log into the Shiptheory Print Client on their device, the error will read:


Resolving timeout after "x" seconds


Resolving this issue will be fairly simple, the first thing to do will be to click "Network Settings" on the client login screen:



Within these settings, you'll then want to change the HTTP Library setting from "Curl" to "Requests":



After that, click "back to login" and try again.
