Amazon removed product barcodes from the API that Shiptheory uses to download order and product information. That means, if you want to include product barcodes on your integrated labels, you will need to add barcodes to your products in Shiptheory via one of the following methods:

1. Give us a CSV of SKU + product barcode and we can import the Amazon product barcodes into your Shiptheory account.

2. You can update/add barcodes to existing products manually through the product edit user interface. For more information on how to update products, you can check this out: Updating Product Data.

3. If your Amazon products exist in other channels that Shiptheory is connected to, with the same SKUs, Shiptheory will download the barcodes from those channels.
