To export your shipments to a CSV you will need to first create a CSV template, this can be done by heading to the 'Advanced' settings in the user drop-down menu and selecting the 'CSV Templates' option. Alternatively you can click on this link.
From here you can click the 'Add new template' option which will take you to the template creation page. From here you will need to select the options you want, such as the name of the template, the delimiter, the enclosure and what information is included in the CSV.
The different information you might want to add to the CSV will appear under different field types depending on what information you want, the different types of information we can include are: Sender Address, Products, Shipment, Recipient Address and Default Preset. Once you have found a field you want to include you will need to click and drag the field over to the blue box on the right side of the page to add it to the CSV. The click save when you have added all fields you want on the CSV Template.
To create the CSV for a range of shipments you will need to head to the dashboard by either clicking on the Shiptheory logo at the top of the page or clicking on this link. Then you will need to find the shipments you want to make a CSV for and tick them off using the small white box on the left side of the shipment.
Once you have selected all of the desired shipments you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Export to CSV" option from the "Actions" box, select the template you want to use and click "Export" your CSV with all the selected shipments will be produced with all of the information you have included when creating the CSV template.
