If you need to add certain information about your shipments or your products (such as delivery address or commodity information) to the CSV export you will need to create a CSV template.
This will be done on the CSV template page which can be accessed by clicking on your Shiptheory email address at the top of the screen and then selecting "CSV Templates" from the "Advanced" option.

Once you are on the CSV Template page you will need to click on "add new template", from here you will need to name the template and set the delimiter ad enclosure for the template. Below those options is where you will select which type of information is added to the CSV export. You can select which type of information you want to add to the CSV by clicking on the blue box with the white arrow and selecting the desirable type of information.
You can also use different types of information fields in one CSV template. For example, you can use delivery address and order ID in the same template. To add the information fields to the template you just need to click and drag the field to the blue box on the right side of the screen.
