Shiptheory Support

To switch to an alternative PC you will first need to ensure that the Shiptheory print client is installed, this can be done by visiting the Shiptheory printers page and downloading the client for your type of operating system.

Once the print client is installed you will need to open and sign into the print client.

Then you will need to log out of the print client and close the print client box.

Then you will need to re-open the print client and sign in again, this will update the print client and add all of your printers to your print client at your new work station.

You will now be able to open the print client by going into the windows tray at the bottom right of your screen.
