DOMESTIC
Customers can use the View Job Summary page to see shipments by performing the following:

  • Login with the client user credentials at https://emea.netdespatch.com
  • Click View Job Summary under the 'Reports and Queries' section
  • Set the Date Range to the desired Date Range e.g. 11 July 2016 to 11 July 2016
  • Set the Sort By filter to Tracking Date (to ensure the shipments are sorted by the latest tracking event time)
  • Click Submit.
  • This will then show the date time of the tracking staus the shipment is at, as shown under the 'Status Date / Data' column heading:
    • Booked (BKD) status
    • Accepted (labelled) status
    • Allocated (manifested to Royal Mail) status
    • Cancelled status.

INTERNATIONAL
Customers can use the Shipping Summary page to see shipments by performing the following:
