When trying to connect your Shiptheory account with DEAR systems, you may get the error below:


Obviously, the first thing to check is that the credentials you are using are correct. These should be the same credentials you use to login to Shiptheory.


If you are sure the credentials you are using are correct, you should enable at least one Carrier and one Channel in your Shiptheory account. You do not actually need to be using either the Channel or Carrier, you will just need to select them from the menu.


If you try to connect your DEAR after enabling these, it will now connect with Shiptheory.
