In the event that you receive this error message when trying to book in a shipment with Swiss Post, this means that the shipping service that you have selected has not been enabled on your Swiss Post account.


Check with your Swiss Post account manager that the service is enabled on one of the Franking Licence numbers entered into your Shiptheory Swiss Post settings page.



If the service has been enabled on your account since you entered the details into your Shiptheory account then its likely that Shiptheory hasn't registered the change.


To update Shiptheory, simply visit your Swiss Post settings page (optionally, add any new Franking Licence numbers) and click the 'Save' button. Shiptheory will re-download all valid services for your Franking Licences and you can re-try booking your shipment.
