If you're booking in Parcelforce International shipments and receiving the following error;
InternationalInfo/Parcels/Parcel[1]/ContentDetails/ContentDetail[1]/Description is an incomplete description
This means the goods description in your Parcelforce settings has either not been entered or is too vague, to amend this you'll want to go into your Parcelforce settings as per the image below
From here you'll want to scroll down to the types of goods box to edit your goods descriptions, we recommend being as specific as you can in here as vague descriptions like "General Goods" will be rejected
