If your shipment has a valid email address, and that email address is a maximum of 30 characters, the email address will be transferred to Tuffnells during the electronic manifest around midnight. Tuffnells will then use this email address to send delivery notifications to the end customer.
If the email address on the shipment is more than 60 characters in length, no email address will be transferred to Tuffnells and thus, no delivery notifications will be available.
If delivery notifications are not being sent to your customers, check that the shipment in Shiptheory has a valid email address. If so, please reach out to Tuffnells directly as email notifications may not be enabled on your Tuffnells account.
