Shiptheory Support

On the Shiptheory dashboard, you are able to customize how your orders are displayed in a variety of ways,

The settings page for the dashboard can be found at the bottom of the page:

Once opened, you are able to decide how you can search shipments, how many shipments appear per page, how shipments are ordered and your label download preference.

Search Shipments By:

This determines how shipments are displayed when you use the search bar, you can choose between date created and date created/updated:

Shipments Per Page:

This determines how many shipments are displayed in a page, the maximum being 100 per page:

Order Shipments By:

This option allows you to decide how shipments are ordered in your dashboard, the options being Date Downloaded, Shipment ID and Order ID:

Label Download Preference:

This allows you to determine what labels you want to download, the options being Most Recent Label Only or All Historic Labels:

After you've made all the changes you want to make, make sure you hit the save button at the bottom of the page to retain your settings:
